We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a key role that combines client coaching, relationship management, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Coaching:
    • Serve as the main contact for clients via calls, video chats, and other communication channels.
    • Provide guidance on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth.
    • Offer supportive and assertive coaching to drive client accountability and results.
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution.
    • Build, document, and improve client systems using CRM software.
    • Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Help clients understand marketing concepts and how to convert leads into paying customers.
    • Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
    • Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales.

  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture.
  • Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is essential.
  • Familiarity with Facebook ads and digital lead generation required.
