Job Title: Business Growth Manager



Job Description

The ideal candidate will spearhead business growth initiatives through various marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.



This includes launching and managing lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels. You will continuously test new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Market Research: Continuously test new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

  • Experience: Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
