Process Analytics Specialist

The successful candidate will be a key member of our enterprise projects team, supporting process mining and operational analytics initiatives.

This role focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis, ARIS)
  • Designing and implementing process mining models using Celonis or similar tools
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems
  • Developing Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities
  • Leveraging Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
