About the Role

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to join our Mobile App Product Team.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to create exceptional user experiences on both Android and iOS. Your primary focus will be analyzing user behavior, contributing to decision-making regarding future app directions, and supporting your colleagues in their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing KPIs, creating reports and dashboards to measure user behavior and inform product decisions.
  2. Collaborating with Engineers to prepare measurement specifications for new features.
  3. Participating in agile product development teams, including daily standups, brainstorming sessions, and planning and backlog refinements.
  4. Planning and analyzing A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Required Skills:

  • More than 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, including averages, means, and correlations.
  • Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect and analyze data to generate business insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
  • Experience with LTV calculations and predictions.
  • Thorough knowledge of the global apps and marketing ecosystem.
  • Basic programming or scripting language skills.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
