Process Automation Specialist

Optimize organizational efficiency by streamlining workflows and integrating tools.

The primary focus is on building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. Automate processes and facilitate better data flow by leveraging AI technologies across platforms.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Establish and maintain a knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
  2. Implement AI-powered solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
  4. Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  5. Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and AI integration tools.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify and solve workflow issues.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively teach team members.
  • A proactive and confident approach to leading initiatives and implementing solutions.

Bonus Points: Prior experience with cloud-based software, project management tools, and data analytics is highly valued.
