Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating forecasts and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives, and making recommendations to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives and changes to the business model that impact volumes or staffing. They will determine how these changes will affect staffing needs and generate volume forecasts for client contact centers and processing departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create forecast and staffing models to ensure optimal workforce levels
  • Provide analytical support for business initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
  • Work with business partners to identify changes to the business model that impact volumes or staffing
  • Generate volume forecasts for client contact centers and processing departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree graduate, any field
  • 3 years of experience in MIS/RTA, preferably in BPO/Shared Services
  • Knowledge of MIS scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, Macros, Excel)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel in particular)
  • Strong initiative and follow-through; Strong organizational skills; Detail-oriented
