Job Title

An experienced E-Commerce Specialist is required to manage daily online store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
  • Coordinate new product launches and publish details accurately and on time.
  • Update content blocks and banners on the homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.
  • Support email campaign build and scheduling.
  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and improve KPIs.
  • Support digital marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.
  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
