Job Title: E-commerce Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced E-commerce Project Manager to lead our team in delivering comprehensive e-commerce solutions to clients.

This role requires the ability to coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. As an E-commerce Project Manager, you will be responsible for translating client needs into actionable tasks and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Required Skills:
  • E-commerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing e-commerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
