Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain key e-commerce accounts and ensure timely product updates across various platforms.
  • Support the account manager by analyzing data, generating reports, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Manage new product uploads to Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, and other major online marketplaces.
  • Review top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations as needed, ensuring inventory status accuracy.
  • Work within internal systems and customer platforms to update pricing, manage promotions, and maintain accurate data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor relationships with online marketplace platforms to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for improving product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to online orders, inventory discrepancies, or product mismanagement.
