About this role

We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through prompt responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and becoming a product expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product to effectively answer customer questions
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Ensure all customer tickets are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams on complex issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and SaaS tools is a plus
