Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Time and Absence Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the deployment team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and configuration of Workday solutions, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.

You will also work with confidential client/data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.

Mentor new consultants, serve as a professional role model, and coach others on product knowledge while communicating clearly and concisely.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
