Project Coordinator

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.

  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring open, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.

• Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.

Vendor & Process Oversight

• Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.

• Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.

• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.

• Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.

(Beneficial) Exposure to retail tech or hardware deployments.

(Beneficial) Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
