Looking for a Sales professional to excel in deal-making and client relationship management? We're on the hunt for an M&A expert who can drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to win listings and manage them through to sale.
  • Prospect potential clients and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage buyer-side activities, understanding their needs and pairing them with relevant listings.
  • Develop marketing materials that articulate the organization's expertise and services to potential clients.
  • Assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using tools like HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of sellers, ensuring timely support by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Allocate time to managing listings for existing sellers and supporting their sales journey.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process, ensuring a seamless client experience.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven work experience in M&A, Brokering or a Sales role, preferably with at least 2 years experience.
  • Experience undertaking business analysis and process improvement is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace environment, digital asset sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree in business, commerce or marketing will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person.
  • Results oriented, independent and well organized.
  • Adaptive to dynamic market changes and able to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Profitability awareness, sales driven and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Measures of Success
  • This role is measured by the service provided and by the TTV (Total Transaction Value) that the book of sellers represents.
  • You will be measured on how many managed accounts convert to sale, the volume and quality of regular communication with the portfolio of clients and client satisfaction.
