Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead engineering works for communication systems, including PABX, office network, WIFI and CCTV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications systems and experience with MIS handling office network, file/mail server systems, PABX and other IT systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, testing and accepting communication systems, reviewing and checking design documents, coordinating construction plans, installation and test procedures, system acceptance and system integration tests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Deployment: Design, deploy, test and accept communication systems, including PABX, office network, WIFI and CCTV.
  • Documentation and Review: Review and check design documents, or prepare technical documentation prepared by vendors and team members.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and prepare construction plans, installation and test procedures, system acceptance and system integration tests in coordination with HQ and vendors.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to discuss/defend technical design, present company solutions, and obtain approval of design documents, test procedures and related documents.
Requirements
  • Engineering Background: Engineering background, preferably in communications systems.
  • MIS Experience: Experience with MIS handling office network, file/mail server systems, PABX and other IT systems.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication.
  • Technical Expertise: Practical experience with PABX, WIFI, Servers and CCTV systems, and knowledge in design, configuration and deployment in any of the following systems (PABX, WIFI, Servers and CCTV).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Railway Communication Systems: Working in railway communication systems is a plus.
  • TCS+ Integration: Experience in TCS+ integration is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of communication systems.
