Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT Department. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and security best practices, with a particular focus on Aruba Networks.

Job Description

As a Network Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Device Configuration & Management: Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, with a strong emphasis on Aruba network devices.

  • Network Performance & Security: Monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and implement/maintain robust security protocols to protect our data and systems.

  • Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Efficiently resolve connectivity problems and collaborate closely with the broader IT team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Documentation & Improvement: Accurately document network configurations, perform regular audits, and stay updated on emerging network technologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Network Engineer.

  • Strong understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).

  • Hands-on experience with configuring and managing Aruba network devices (e.g., Aruba switches, access points, controllers).

  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention systems, and network monitoring tools.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Aruba certifications (e.g., ACDP, ACMP, ACCP, ACSP) are a significant plus.
