Cloud Transformation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing products on the PaaS platform, analyzing business needs, defining clear requirements, and shaping innovative cloud solutions.

This role offers the chance to influence Vietnam's cloud transformation journey alongside top experts in cloud, data, and AI. Our team is focused on building a firm technological foundation, developing diversified ecosystem products, and reaching global connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in product development, receiving requests from stakeholders and transforming these requirements into actual products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for development requests within the product team, supporting Sales and Presales during customer engagement and consultation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the business performance and operation of assigned products, proposing improvements to the product, processes, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Good analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge in Design thinking is an advantage.
  • Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
