Marketing Cloud Strategist

We're looking for a Marketing Cloud Strategist to help our clients maximise their potential and drive business success. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide input on projects and deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex marketing and business requirements into effective Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement.
  • Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architects and other team members.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

You will be responsible for providing input to projects estimates specific to the declarative part of system design.

About You:

You're a natural leader who works well with others, and you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment. With 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy, you possess the skills to excel in this role.

You have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as Experience Cloud solutions. Your excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills make you an asset to our team.

A background in either Salesforce administration or technical business analysis would be an added advantage.
