Accounting and Finance Recruitment Specialist Role

About the Job
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from recruitment firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process and various methodologies is essential.
  • You must be comfortable with cold calling and headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough telephone screening and assessments to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  3. Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business.
