We are seeking a talented bilingual recruitment specialist with expertise in catering to Japanese clients. As a skilled recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates who speak Japanese for specified positions. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, language proficiency, and cultural fit for Japanese clients. Administer assessments or tests when necessary.
  3. Candidate Endorsements: Provide detailed endorsements to clients, highlighting candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a staffing agency or consulting firm.
  3. Strong English skills required; Japanese fluency preferred.
  4. Adept knowledge of Japanese business culture and hiring practices.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for sourcing and managing candidate databases.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
