Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Recruitment Consultant (Fixed Term) .

In this role, you will focus on sourcing and headhunting talent to support our Branch Banking requirements, helping us build a strong and capable workforce.

Locations: North Manila, South Manila, Luzon, and VisMin

Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting to find high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning with client needs and organizational culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on sourcing and headhunting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
