We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design automation software for our current and new machines in development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer sites, ensuring technical, contractual, and safety specifications are met.
  • Handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities properly, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed job progress charts and technical reports related to activities carried out, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure complete internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Conduct technical activities, troubleshooting, and deliver reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Report to the Installation Site Manager regarding team site activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is required, with specialization in automation-mechanics or aseptic processes being a plus.
  • Knowledge of French is advantageous, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
  • Experience in the beverage industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field activities, is highly valued.
  • Technical expertise in Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB), Electrical, or Aseptic systems is essential, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to perform medium work, including moving objects up to 50 pounds, ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc., and remain stationary or stand for prolonged periods, is required.
  • Experience operating machinery and power tools, comfort working in small or enclosed spaces, and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) are also essential.
