Key to success includes being a strong self-driven individual with strong ownership on Subcon management. Strong process knowledge, experience in PKG assembly operations, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential. QualificationsRequirements:The candidate must have a degree in engineering and come from the semiconductor industry.
Background includes Assembly/Process/Product Engineer in high volume manufacturing. The successful candidate must have at minimum, the following:> 15 years of experience in the semiconductor assembly industry
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Possess strong leadership skills
Strong proficiency and command of the English language, as regular communications will be required
Ability to travel overseas as required
