Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves leasing and tenant relations, market research and strategy, lease administration and documentation, collaboration and teamwork, and administrative support for executive leadership.

  • Leasing & Tenant Relations:
  • Identify and engage prospective tenants through strategic marketing efforts
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract tenants
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management
  • Lease Administration & Documentation:
  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Plan and execute property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies
  • Foster collaboration between internal departments
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review
  • Organize and maintain leasing files and databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
