Apartment Leasing and Digital Content Manager

This role combines apartment leasing coordination with social media management for a real estate business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leasing Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, scheduling apartment showings, following up with tenants, and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Social Media Management: Managing and updating social media accounts with relevant content, creating engaging posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or inquiries.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
This is a full-time position requiring strong work ethic and attention to detail.
