Job Title: Key Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to a team of representatives, focusing on verifying eligibility and coverage, reviewing documents, initiating authorizations, and updating insurance information.
  • Co-manage volume and ensure timely turnaround, monitoring performance metrics and providing guidance for improvement.
  • Develop and train representatives to handle verification tasks, authorization issues, and date-of-service problems using available tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze data to inform campaign goals, including task assignments, rotation, SLA monitoring, and rush requests completion.
  • Identify operational issues, escalate critical items to supervisors or managers, and suggest process improvements.
  • Evaluate agent performance, focusing on efficiency and quality, and provide coaching opportunities.
  • Adapt to changing tools and systems, ensuring seamless execution of duties.
  • Promote company culture by ensuring compliance with program objectives, mission statements, and policies, as well as adhering to regulations and ethical guidelines for confidentiality (HIPAA).
