Job Title: Operations Associate 2 yrs exp

We are seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience, with a strong background in basic administrative and finance principles.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and systematic individual who can effectively communicate with our team members. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations Department, including processing monthly workplans, travel arrangements, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly workplans and revolving fund replenishments for Area Managers
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Area Managers and Operations Managers
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence for the Operations Department
  • Monitor and report on data processing status for Microfinance Information Data Sharing (MiDAS)
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience
  • Strong background in basic administrative and finance principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microfinance Information Data Sharing (MiDAS) system
