Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of our cash handling and processing services.

You will be working closely with our customers to resolve any issues they may have, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies to management.

In addition to your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will also need to possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
