Key Role:

We are seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to join our Global Batch Operations team at Manulife. This role requires monitoring Production Application/Batch Processing to prevent data loss.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a timely overnight production schedule, minimizing incidents that could cause business outages. They must also present complex ideas clearly and manage the complexities of integrating new technologies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field. Relevant experience of 2-3 years is required, with strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments (Mainframe, AIX, Linux, Windows, Unix). Custom reporting skills using SQL and Oracle are essential, along with understanding of job types, JavaScript, and triggers used for CA WLA job processing.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree holders in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering etc.
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Two to three years work experience related to Batch Operations. Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments. (Mainframe, AIX, Linux, Windows, Unix)
  • Background in custom reporting skills using SQL and Oracle. Understanding of job types, JavaScript, and triggers used for CA WLA job processing
