Support Excellence in Tenant Relations

As a key member of our team, you will be the voice that tenants rely on for support and communication. This role requires calmness under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call centers, reception, or property management support, but this is not a requirement. You must be organized, proactive, and able to stay on top of call documentation and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible work-from-home schedule. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that values clear communication and tenant satisfaction. They will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure every issue is resolved smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming tenant calls and responding to inquiries about properties, accounts, and rental terms
  • Providing timely updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns
  • Accurately documenting all call details and ensuring issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the right team members
  • Maintaining a helpful and reassuring tone to support positive tenant relationships
