Customer Support is a critical function that ensures seamless and consistent interaction with customers. As a Senior Customer Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective support to customers across various touchpoints.

Job Description
  • You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to product information, functionality, and fault calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the customer relationship management system.
  • Filter and escalate enquiries to other departments as necessary.
  • Manage the resolution process for customers relating to data and applications.
  • Monitor enquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers on status or resolution if queries cannot be resolved initially.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Resolvers, to ensure alignment and effective issue escalation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Detailed-oriented and performance-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working schedules.
