Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership direction to managers and experienced professionals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development of functional strategy.
- Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in customer service management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a director.
- RCM experience in the US Healthcare space is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
