Remote Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
