Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and drive business expansion. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, fostering strategic partnerships with clients, and promoting employee development through coaching and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team in achieving business targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and CRM data.
  • Mentor and develop team members, removing obstacles, and resolving challenges to support sales opportunities.
  • Analyze data trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client-specific territories.
  • Stay current on market developments and communicate effectively with the sales director and clients to foster strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of developing and retaining top-performing teams.
  • Excellent coaching history, passion for customer experience, and ability to maximize revenue through best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, change management skills, and ability to work in a virtual environment.
