Job Description

As a Senior Data and Operations Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our games. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, developing clear documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system, taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product smoke testing and pre-production testing tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow a planned schedule to monitor and manage live games configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Software/Computer Science/Computing/Computer Engineering/IT or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology or operations environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
