Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to analyze and improve business processes, gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and conduct data analysis to produce high-quality deliverables. This position ensures successful project outcomes through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project updates and status are shared effectively.
  • Analyze complex information, identify risks/issues, and assess potential solutions to drive informed decision-making.
  • Create, review, and maintain project-related documents, including business process flows, requirements, and functional specifications, to ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct requirement walkthroughs with the development team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure complete and accurate solutions meet user needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and final design reviews to ensure developed solutions meet user needs and expectations.
  • Develop strong analytical skills to gather and analyze complex information, think critically to evaluate information objectively, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a multitasking environment.
