We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive growth for our company. As a Paid Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in paid ads management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. You will also need to be creative and able to develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers that resonate with our target audience.

As our Paid Ads Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team to build a strategy that boosts ROI, strengthens brand presence, and generates qualified leads. You will also be responsible for collaborating with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  2. Continuously test, track, and tweak campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates
  3. Collaborate with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house
  4. Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms
  5. Use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative
  6. Develop educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage homeowners
  7. Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements
  8. Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities
