This is a remote position as a digital advertising expert.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Demand-Side Platform (DSP) Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive performance through strategic planning, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Create operational standards and manage a team to ensure smooth operations and meet organizational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day DSP operations to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Set up, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and make adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Track audience behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and ad tech vendors.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets while meeting performance targets.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and reports to track spending and return on investment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and programmatic buying.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and leverage new opportunities.
  • Presents detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or related role, focusing on DSP management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, interpreting complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with major DSPs and digital marketing platforms.
