Job Title

A Digital Advertising Specialist is required to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics. Create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
  • Certification: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets. Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills. Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
