We are seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our client in the digital advertising field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and campaign updates to keep clients informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, address issues, and implement adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Develop and present comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to clients' objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance client success.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising tools.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and workflow.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide clients with detailed performance reports and key metrics analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic tools).
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical and Technical Proficiency.
  • A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
