Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EV Project Coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation (service request forms, utility maps, permit packages).
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in Monday.com (or similar tools).
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging your electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
