The EV Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining electric vehicle charger installation projects. This individual will act as the bridge between internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients, ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including service request forms, utility maps, and permit packages.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using project management software.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
