Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects to ensure timely completion, accurate documentation, and seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks on schedule and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison with utility companies, municipal permitting departments, and clients to facilitate project progress.
  • Monitor permits, applications, and approvals, addressing delays promptly.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage project dependencies and deliverables using project management software.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Contribute technical expertise to collaborate with engineers and inspectors, leveraging electrical knowledge.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is advantageous.
