We are seeking an experienced electrical estimation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and the ability to efficiently translate drawings into precise estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam software.
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans.
  • Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam (must-have).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Background in architectural and electrical projects.
  • Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.
  • Knowledge of lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Prior costing/estimating experience is highly desirable.
