We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide product information and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Familiarize yourself with communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including call quality and handle time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You should be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage your time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
