Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities within SMBs across various industries.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to ensure prospects are a good fit for our products.
- Closed deals by handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with prospects.
Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, provide ongoing support, and nurture ongoing relationships with customers. Collaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both prospects and existing customers.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
