Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels while supporting key business initiatives. This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with luxury service standards
  • Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding the company's standards
  • Reply to socials, e.g., Google reviews
  • Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with staff and the retail operations team to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar position within a related industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry
