Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Onboarding Coordinator to spearhead the smooth integration of new hires into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Boarding Process: Oversee the end-to-end pre-boarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless transitions and effective onboarding experiences.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of pre-employment requirements, compliance with company regulations, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to complete specific onboarding tasks in a timely manner, resolving basic issues and fostering a productive work environment.
  • New Hire Support: Provide dedicated support to new hire employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • ID Creation and Replacement: Manage company ID creation and replacements, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to security protocols.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for 201 filing and other related matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
