Key Responsibilities:


• Handles the end to end process of pre-boarding of new hires.


• Knowledge mastery and filing of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deploy ment on their first day.


• Coordinates and assists new hire employees.


• Responsible for discussion, collection, follow up, checking, compliance monitoring and records keeping of all pre employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results and other licensing requirements, etc.)


• Coordinates with internal teams within the company to complete specific onboarding tasks in a timely manner and to re-solve basic issues.


• Handles company ID creation and replacements.


• Point person in 201 filing.
