Expert HubSpot Migration Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the migration of our marketing website to HubSpot CMS.

  1. Migrate our marketing website to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  2. Elevate SEO best practices during migration by incorporating meta tags, alt text, structured data optimization, on-page content formatting, keyword preservation, sitemap submission, and robots.txt configuration.
  3. Set up SEO tools and integrations within HubSpot CMS to optimize performance.
  4. Analyze post-migration SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Rebuild site architecture, content, and forms within HubSpot while enhancing UX/UI.
  6. Implement key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company objectives.
  7. Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, configuring ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat properly.
  8. Integrate CRM features and automation across the platform.
  9. Offer recommendations and documentation on best practices, scalable structure, and future maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Pro tools.
  • Familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.
  • Competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.
  • Bonus: experience working with SaaS companies or startups.
