Small Business Consultant Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building their credit. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.

  • Consult with clients primarily over the phone and via email
  • Utilize our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior experience with HubSpot is beneficial but not necessary)
  • Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients

We provide comprehensive training on small business consulting, but applicants should possess the following skills:
